THE FOUNDER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR
The firm was founded by Mr Vusi Rakotsoane, an Attorney and Notary Public of the High Court of South Africa. Under his belt, he has an LL.B degree, post-graduate diploma in compliance management, and an LL.M degree. In addition, he has also attained various certificates to solidify his knowledge and expertise in various areas of the law.
Mr Rakotsoane is experienced and specializes in all aspects of Commercial Law, General and Commercial Litigation, Conveyancing, Competition law, Dispute Resolution (mediation and arbitration), and all aspects of Banking and Financing law. Mr Rakotsoane’s commercial and litigation experience allows the firm to provide clients with timeous legal advices and to adopt a more practical approach towards negotiations ad settlement.
